Weldall Manufacturing pursued this 52,000-square-foot addition to expand its production capabilities and support continued growth. The 65-foot-tall structure is designed to house large-scale manufacturing operations, including three overhead cranes, creating a highly functional space tailored to the company’s needs. In a unique aspect of the project, Weldall fabricated its own structural columns and crane beams—directly contributing to the building that will support its future operations.
Our team managed construction through challenging winter conditions following an October start, while also coordinating the installation of 55-foot-tall insulated metal panels where wind played a critical role in sequencing and safety. By self-performing carpentry and maintaining tight control over scheduling and site conditions, we ensured steady progress despite environmental challenges. The result is a high-performance industrial addition built to support Weldall’s long-term manufacturing goals.
