Scherrer Construction completed both the original headquarters and a major addition for this manufacturer that specializes in paperboard, corrugated board, and rubber products.
The original facility was designed to maximize warehouse efficiency while incorporating a front office with a conference room and employee break room. The recent addition consisted entirely of warehouse space and nearly doubled the size of the building, providing expanded storage and production capacity.
Work included matching exterior finishes for a seamless look and coordinating new systems to integrate with the existing facility. The project was delivered with minimal disruption to ongoing operations, ensuring the business maintained productivity while gaining the additional space required for growth.
