Sturgeon Eddy is a new build multi-family development designed to enhance the Wausau community. This ground-up new construction increased the capacity to 25 units and replaced the outdated structures that offered only nine units on the property.
This complex offers a blend of one- and two-bedroom units featuring open-concept living spaces, with select units meeting ADA compliance standards to ensure accessibility for all residents. Additional amenities include convenient indoor, underground parking for comfort and security year-round.
Located in the heart of downtown Wausau, the Sturgeon Eddy project presented unique logistical challenges due to its compact lot size. Scherrer met these demands through careful planning of construction phases and strategic scheduling of materials and equipment deliveries, ensuring an efficient build without compromising quality.
