Scherrer constructed a new multi-family residential building on the site of a previously fire-damaged structure. This development features 20 modern apartment units, offering a variety of layouts including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom/one-bath, and two-bedroom/two-bath options. Each unit is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, featuring private balconies or porches and in-unit laundry.
A key aspect of this project involved coordinating utility connections, including a water main tie-in that requires work within a four-lane roadway. Scherrer managed this phase with careful traffic control measures to minimize disruption and avoid a full road closure.
