Constructed using wood frame construction with pitched shingled roofing and a combination of brick and siding exterior finishes, the building was designed to blend durability with a welcoming residential aesthetic. The architectural style reinforces a comfortable, neighborhood feel while meeting the operational demands of senior care.
The interior layout is organized into six distinct living pods, each featuring its own kitchen, living room, recreation room, and dining area with fireplace. This pod-based design promotes community while maintaining manageable, home-like environments for residents and staff.
A fully furnished preparation kitchen supports daily meal service, while a central great room with fireplace serves as a primary gathering space for events and activities. One of the project’s most unique features is the ice cream parlor, which connects directly to an outdoor garden deck overlooking a fully landscaped courtyard complete with a gazebo.
