OVERVIEW
We broke ground with our project partners, RUSD Racine Unified School District, CG Schmidt, and Zimmerman Architectural Studios, Inc., on the Mitchell K-8 School construction, renovation, and addition project.
Project features:
Gymnasium addition including areas for fitness and music
Modernization of K-8 learning spaces including a dedicated chemistry lab and a culinary arts classroom
Off-street bus drop-off loop to enhance safety
Accessibility improvements
The project is set to be completed for the Fall 2025 school year.
