OVERVIEW

The new City of Elkhorn Department of Public Works (DPW) facility in Elkhorn, Wisconsin is a modern municipal complex designed to support fleet operations, equipment storage, and administrative functions for the community. This new construction project reflects our expertise in Wisconsin municipal and public works facility construction.

The building includes 16 heated truck storage stalls designed to accommodate a wide range of municipal vehicles and heavy equipment. A dedicated wash bay area supports vehicle maintenance and longevity, while both standard and heavy-duty lifts were installed within the maintenance area to ensure efficient servicing capabilities.

Interior spaces were thoughtfully designed to meet the operational and personnel needs of the department. The facility includes men’s and women’s locker rooms, employee break rooms, and a conference room to support collaboration and training. Modern office spaces provide a functional, organized environment for daily administrative operations.

In addition to the main structure, the site incorporates various outbuildings and expansive storage areas to enhance operational flexibility. The completed DPW facility delivers durable construction, efficient workflow design, and long-term performance for the City of Elkhorn.

As an experienced Wisconsin municipal contractor, our team delivered a high-quality public works building tailored to the evolving needs of the community and its infrastructure operations.
