OVERVIEW

Scherrer was hired to renovate Whitefish Bay Village Hall and Police Department. This involved updating the building's infrastructure, electrical and HVAC systems, and emergency generators. The village hall also needed accessibility updates for visitors with disabilities. The public lobby area and administrative offices were expanded to achieve project goals, and spaces were reconfigured to foster collaboration. Additionally, a new conference room was added. 

Meanwhile, the police department received an addition to provide more garage parking space. The workspace was also reconfigured to include a secured entrance and booking area, multiple interview rooms, and office space.
