Scherrer Construction partnered with Rib Mountain Oral Surgery to transform an existing oral surgery clinic into a modern, welcoming health clinic with a refreshed design and upgraded finishes. The space received a complete facelift with new flooring, wall base, paint, ceiling tiles, and LED lighting throughout.
A highlight of the renovation is the custom-built tongue and groove ceiling cloud in the reception area, crafted and installed on a compressed timeline to meet the project schedule. Cabinetry was refaced in treatment rooms, while new cabinets, shelving, and solid-surface countertops were added in the consult and reception areas. High-end finishes such as white Corian solid surface, wood-grain PLAM laminates, and custom-stained pine details were incorporated to elevate both functionality and aesthetics.
Despite an accelerated schedule and evolving scope, the project team coordinated multiple trades in a compact space and adjusted to vendor changes to ensure on-time delivery.
