The Scherrer relationship with the Owner and Architect was essential to ensure the project met all desired aspects and was completed within the specified budget.
The construction process was challenging due to the small lot size and the need to ensure the safety of employees and patients during construction, in full operation during the process. However, our team was able to overcome these challenges and complete the project with minimal disruption to the existing clinic.
Post-construction, the original building was demolished. This process presented challenges due to the small lot size and focus on the safety of the client and their patients.
We carefully selected cost-effective materials and products without compromising quality, and our industry expertise allowed us to advise the team on the most efficient and effective solutions. All aspects of the project such as building size, patient flow, finishes, and back-of-house needs were met while maintaining a tight budget.
