OVERVIEW

The Geneva National Cottages project in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin involves the new construction of four upscale cottages within a premier resort community. Designed to complement the surrounding landscape and enhance the guest experience, these high-end accommodations reflect our expertise in hospitality construction and luxury residential building throughout Wisconsin.

The development includes one two-story cottage and three single-story cottages, all designed for short-term rental use. Each structure is thoughtfully planned to provide a private, comfortable retreat while maintaining architectural consistency with the existing resort environment.

The project required extensive early coordination, including nearly a month of earthwork, utility relocations, and reconfiguration of an existing parking lot—all completed within a fully operational resort. With guests actively using adjacent amenities, our team prioritized safety, detailed site logistics, and minimizing disruption to daily operations. Careful coordination allowed construction to progress efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-conscious jobsite.

Each cottage will feature high-end finishes such as white oak ceilings, premium countertops, tongue-and-groove media centers, custom color palettes, stained wood elements, and asphalt shingle roofing. These design elements ensure the cottages deliver a refined, cohesive aesthetic that seamlessly integrates into the resort upon completion.

As an experienced Lake Geneva construction contractor, our team is delivering a luxury hospitality project that balances craftsmanship, operational awareness, and elevated design—enhancing one of Wisconsin’s most sought-after resort destinations.
